The Process:
Fill out our contact form and provide us with your requirements, dreams, location and anything you feel we should know to design your ideal space. This will help us establish the zoning bye-laws and building code requirements.
We will schedule an online meeting with you after performing a satellite review of your location, share a rough feasibility analysis, discuss your ideas and establish the scope of work.

The next step would be an on-site property visit to take detailed measurements. which will be used by our designer to come up with a conceptual 3D design with a round of revisions.

Time: 2-4 weeks
After your approval, we will start preparing the permit drawings for compliance and submission to your local municipality. This step will include all documentation, complete drawing set with stamp and engineering analysis according to the contract.
Cost: According to the area of project
Time: 8-12 weeks
After the completion of the drawing set, our team will submit it to your local planning office. The time taken to receive approvals vary from project to project, however the expected time could be between 6 to 12 weeks.

Time: 6 to 12 weeks (may vary)
